This double-skirted petticoat of soft nylon "chiffon" has 40 yards of fullness. More than 120 yards of three-inch ruffling (rusching) trims the bottom tiers. It also has an adjustable top and waistband. This petticoat has an elastic waistband. The lengths are as follows: P-20", S-21", M-22", L-22", and XL-23". The adjustable top has tunnels to allow them to be shortened.
